Since 1 January 2026 the ticket costs ₹600 for foreign tourists (about US$6) and ₹100 for Indians; students pay ₹300 (foreign) and ₹50 (Indian), and children under 7 enter free. Plan 1.5 to 2 hours.

The Albert Hall Museum, also called the Government Central Museum, is the oldest museum in Rajasthan. Designed by Colonel Samuel Swinton Jacob in the Indo-Saracenic style, its foundation stone was laid in 1876 during the visit of the Prince of Wales (Albert Edward), and it opened as a museum in 1887.
It stands in Ram Niwas Garden just outside the old walled city and holds collections of miniature paintings, carpets, armour, pottery, sculpture and an Egyptian mummy.
The Rajasthan government revised monument and museum fees from 1 January 2026.
